"Service What We Sell" has been the company's criteria since being established in 1943 by Harvey Collison and Oliver F. Goll and it has remained as the focal point during the continued growth and success of the organization.
Originally a screw machine shop, the company began to sell spare parts for Brown & Sharpe, CVA and BSA Screw Machines in 1956. By 1959 the company had separated into two businesses; one manufacturing under the name of Collison-Goll Limited; the other selling and servicing machines under the name of Screw Machine Services Limited.

In 1984, the company relocated into its present 30,000 square foot facility complete with a customer training room and a 6,000 square foot showroom.
